- Social Media Automation: AI-powered content creation and publishing across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, and YouTube.
- WhatsApp Business Integration: Automated customer engagement and AI assistant services via WhatsApp.
- Affiliate Program: Revenue sharing program for partners who refer new customers.
- SEO and Content Services: Multilingual content generation and search engine optimization in 7 languages.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Use our AI tools to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights.
- Abuse API rate limits or attempt to overload our systems.
- Resell or redistribute our services without written authorization.
4. AI-Generated Content
Our services use artificial intelligence to generate content, analyses, and recommendations. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and should not be considered professional advice.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs.
- You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before use.
- Business decisions should not be based solely on AI-generated recommendations.
5. Affiliate Program Terms
- Affiliates earn 25% recurring commission on referred paying customers.
- Commissions are tracked via unique referral codes and 365-day cookies.
- Minimum payout threshold is $50 USD via PayPal.
- Self-referrals are not permitted.
- We reserve the right to modify commission rates with 30 days notice.
- Fraudulent referral activity will result in immediate account termination.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, and trademarks on copisrad.cloud are the property of Copisrad Innovation. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
7. Payment Terms
- Paid services are billed according to the plan selected at sign-up.
- All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified.
- Payments are processed via PayPal.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
9. Service Availability
